If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us for a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).<\/p>\n You may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund* (excludes custom orders). Item must be returned in its original packaging and perfect condition.<\/p>\n * Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.<\/p>\n Carefully pack and insure work for the full value and ship with “tracking.” Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.<\/p>\n The refund issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We will not grant a refund if you do not include your coursework by the 14th day.<\/p>\n We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase.
