Creative Fires Studio Return Policy for Artwork and Educational Content


We strive to accurately represent our artwork on our website so you can make an informed decision before your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us for a Return Merchandise Number (RMN).

You may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund* (excludes custom orders). Item must be returned in its original packaging and perfect condition.

* Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.

Carefully pack and insure work for the full value and ship with “tracking.” Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

The refund issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The product was received from Creative Fires Studio, Inc. within the last 7 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn’t used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or be issued a store credit, or receive a refund to:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Creative Fires Studio.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Sale items can also be refunded.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and ensure your experience with us is positive.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply the course content. Therefore, we offer a 14-day refund period for purchases.

If you decide your purchase was not the right decision within 14 days of enrollment, contact our support team in writing before the 14th day at 11:59 AKST at su*****@je**********.com and let us know why you’d like a refund.

If you request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before starting the course, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid without giving any reason.

If you request a refund after beginning the course, you must include your coursework with your request for a refund. We will not grant a refund if you do not include your coursework by the 14th day.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 14 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Creative Fires Studio, Inc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 14th day from your date of purchase, and you must make payments promptly. If you don’t make required payments on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
